Transformers Bumblebee Figure

Transformers Bumblebee Figure

Transformers Bumblebee Figure
The youngest kids can convert easily this classic Transformers character. It just takes one easy step for your little one to convert this heroic Transformers Bumblebee figure from robot to sports car mode and back! He comes with a jackhammer that attaches to the hood of the car in vehicle mode. No matter what dangers await, this Bumblebee figure is ready to be a hero with your little hero!

All of the rescue bots transform easily both into a vehicle and into a robot. I see some people felt the transformations were incomplete leaving gaps in the vehicle mode. My experience has shown the transformation to work seamlessly (okay, you can see the seams, but no gaps). My just turned four years old loves them and can easily manipulate the mechanics. These Transformers Bumblebee figure transform in under five seconds and that is the most challenging ones.

The other brand of transformers is smaller and more difficult to transform. I definitely recommend this Transformers Bumblebee figure for younger ages. My son is 4. But also I can picture older boys liking it as well.

Raphael Action Figure

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Raphael Action Figure

Raphael Action Figure
I'm looking at Raphael action figure today, my personal favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Has Playmates has done Raphael justice? Read on!
While the figure does somewhat resemble the new animated series, it resembles various comic incarnations of the character also. Raphael looks much more serious than the animated stills from the Nickelodeon, perhaps due to the fact that the toy is sculpted with a wicked grin and pupiless eyes. The various pads and wraps on his arms and legs give this figure a very cool vibe.

The sculpt is not only excellent, it is unique to Raphael alone. None of the 4
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles share any parts. Raphael's skin texture, muscle build, and dents in his shell and chest are all his own. This Raphael action figure appears to be a bit bigger than all the other turtles.

Not only is his weapon set pretty nice (6 blades and two throwing stars) but Raphael can hold all of his weapons well. In fact, his hands are sculpted so that he can hold his sai like a typical dagger or with his fingers wrapped around the blade and between the side guards.
This guy is so wicked and I'm thrilled to have such a great Raphael action figure. I love how much quality and character Playmates has put into the four turtles in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line and I would recommend that any Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fan picks them up. Not only do they look exceptional, but they're also fun just to pick up and pose. I really look forward to seeing where this line goes in the future!
