This is a pleasant Iron Man Mark 42
Action Figure with great detailing. Based on its appearance in the upcoming
feature film Iron Man 3, the Mark 42 armor is Tony Stark's latest and greatest,
able to set in motion and bring together via remote synaptic link. This highly
detailed Select figure stands over 7 inches tall, features 16 points of articulation and comes ready to display in the famous Select-style blister
card.
I enjoy this individual helmet;
however they all smudged this fresh paint task. The gray of Iron Man Mark 42 Action Figure on the upper thigh joints is awful as
well as painting the panel above the unibeam red when it should be a gold
color. Also, the bottom 'lip' on the mask is painted red here when it should
also be gold. Odd because some pics had these pieces painted correctly, but ultimately
it appears to be wrong on the actual figure. I assume I hardly understand how
this will happen.
Otherwise, it's a great Iron Man Mark 42
Action Figure with amazing detail. Because of the goofy
gray thigh joints and messed up paint, I prefer the Marvel Legends version
which has more accurate paint, great details, and amazing articulation. I
recommend to any serious adult collector 21 and up.
