This Megatron Action Figure Transformers Deluxe Class comes packed with a variant of IDW Comics' "Spotlight: Megatron" for the same price as previous deluxe that had no comics, nice deal. This cover art is the Retailer Incentive character art for that original issue but on a different background and closer-up.

This new mode and version of Megatron Action Figure Transformers Deluxe Class is beyond awesome. The way he is sculpted is damn near perfect. The face has that same menacing look to it. I would prefer the red eyes opposed to the purple, but I know Hasbro has that tendency to want to make colors match especially with the eyes of the character.

Transformation to robot mode, the instructions feel like this thing is going to take forever but there's elegance to it once you've done it, there are ideas that I can't remember ever seeing executed this way before, it's most impressive. I can't stop transforming it, even if I didn't like anything else about this figure I wouldn't be able to help but transform him over and over.

The transformation of this Megatron Action Figure Transformers Deluxe Class is a bit tricky but can be transformed easily into a stealth bomber, which should have been his version in the third Michael Bay film. This character is a must have for any Transformers collector. I rate him more than five stars.
