Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure

Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure Review

Transformers Generations Voyager Class
Grimlock Figure 6.5 Inches
First off, I might be a bit biased, because Grimlock has always been one of my favorite characters, ever since the original series. The original figure was just as big as Optimus, but more intimidating, with a huge chest and arms, not to mention his chomping jaws in dino mode. I'm definitely glad that this series has a Voyager series, and equally glad that Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure made the cut (don't really get why Optimus just got the deluxe treatment).

His robot mode is pretty awesome. Huge arms and chest, he stands about as tall as the Alternators version from a few years back. His clear orange sword and shield really go well, but let's face it, Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure could go bare fisted and still be menacing. Articulation is also pretty good, with arms and legs having a good range of motion. An added detail that I thought was pretty cool is the Autobot symbol on his chest isn't the standard symbol, but a modified symbol with more of a "Dinobot" flare added in.

Dino mode, while still intimidating, has a few flaws. The one that bugged me the most was the fact that in this mode, the hips have absolutely no articulation. They are stuck in one position. The knees are the only part of the legs that can move.

Overall this Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure is an easy 10 out of 10. This beats the masterpiece Grimlock easy in my opinion. Make sure you add this Transformers Generations Voyager Class Grimlock Action Figure to your collection today. You won’t regret it.
